JESUS CHRIST IS NOT A RELIGION;

His Life, Crucifixion, Resurrection, and Ascension are Sound Historical Facts!

HISTORICAL FACT: 

One needs a great deal of imagination and blind ‘faith’ to believe in Father Christmas, (the Catholic god of Christmas,) or in the Fairy God-Mother, as these characters are indeed mere figments of religious imaginations, although they have their origin in the superstitious beliefs of ungodly pagan religions. 

No one needs to ‘imagine’ or ‘have faith’ in the fact that a man named Napoleon Bonaparte was born in 1769; that he became a high mason and Illuminist, and that clandestine Masonic powers molded Him into one of the greatest militarists this world has ever seen. 

One can only accept that as truth, because it is sound historical fact. 

Similarly, no one – (whether spiritually dead OR born again) - needs to imagine or even ‘come to believe’ that the Man Jesus Christ was indeed born in Bethlehem.  That He did many miracles, was arrested by the Jewish Sanhedrin on a charge of blasphemy; was brought before Pontius Pilate, crucified under Roman law as a political activist, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended bodily into heaven. 

All this too, is sound historical FACT.  The entire life of the man Jesus Christ was meticulously documented, not only by His sincere disciples, but also by religious scholars and secular historians, such as the first-century Jewish historian Josephus.  Not a single human being on earth can argue against the historical Jesus, the Christ.  However, those who blindly reject Him as God and Messiah might dispute His resurrection, although that too, is historically correct. 

The idolatrous Catholic Church came into being shortly after the Holy Spirit founded His NT ecclesia – Jesus’ body – on the Day of Pentecost.  Church fathers such as Augustine led Catholics to worshipping relics – (so-called pieces of the cross, etc.; and the bones, hair, blood, and teeth of so-called ‘martyrs,’ or ‘Catholic saints,’) to invoke prayers and false ’miracles’ such as demonic healing. [God strictly forbade such idolatrous practices and calling upon the dead in Ex. 20:1-6 & in Deut. 18:10-14!]  So, if Jesus’ physical body was indeed stolen, as the Jews had alleged, Catholics would have produced Jesus’ mummified body or some of His bones in later years.  And if it were at all possible, the Jews would have paraded His body in public to crush the newfound faith of His disciples, which arose after Jesus’ resurrection. 

However, praise God, for it remains a glorious historical fact that His Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, rose BODILY from the grave! 

Jesus told His disciples, ‘Behold My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself.  Handle Me and see, [that I rose bodily from the grave,] for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see I have.’  - Lu.  24:39.  

Yet the dual Kingdom-Now beast of politics and religion sought every possible way to erase the Real Jesus from the archives of history.  When every attempt failed, it tried to turn Jesus into a figment of His disciples’ imagination, and into a mere man, whom it could actually murder.  - Rev. 13. 

Jesus’ disciples, however, did not merely ‘believe’ that He rose from the grave. 

They witnessed it as sound historical fact, which nobody could deny. 

They themselves saw the blood that He shed for them — the blood, which ‘redeemed them as the forgiveness of sins.’  They themselves witnessed His terrible wounds, and touched the scars by which they were healed.  While they themselves watched, ‘they saw how He was taken up, and how a cloud received Him out of their sight.
