Defending God’s Truth in Church Doctrine and Political History – Renette Vermeulen
THE UNIVERSAL CHRIST THAT GRAHAM TAUGHT
The christ that Graham taught, although he did call him ‘Jesus,’ is the false Jesus of Rome, not the Bible, (2 Cor. 11:4.) This Jesus is actually the New Age, Universal, Mystical Eucharist Christ of the Vatican, the New Age Buddhist matreya [christ,] Mohdi of Islam, the political christ which Judaism and Messianic Judaism are still waiting for, and even the ‘god and christ’ of the very ungodly things unbelievers cling to.

GRAHAM AND THE POPE MOULDED THE EMERGENT CHURCH
The aim of all these subtle but deadly doctrines that never teach repentance from personal sin, false doctrine and religions in particular, is called the New Reformation. This movement is to usher millions of people across the globe into the ecumenical, Emerging Church. This union of ‘believers’ crosses all theological boundaries and brings all religions and denominations, or divisions of Roman Catholic/Protestant churches under the headship of the pope of the Roman Catholic Church.
GRAHAM’S RELIGION IS UNIVERSALISM, NOT THE TRUE GOSPEL OF THE BIBLE
Universalism is the belief that all humankind will be unconditionally saved. "Christian universalism would insist that Christ atoned for everyone's sins." All people really need to know Who the Jesus is the Bible Is, what and why He went to the cross, died, and was risen from the grave, but the Gospel does not end there. The Gospel is not “God’s unconditional love for every person on earth, no matter what they believe about Him and do with His Word.”
To preach universalism, Graham never insisted on Biblical repentance from all Moral sin. Still, Paul inarguably commanded in 1 Cor. 6:9-11, “Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, idolaters adulterers, homosexual, sodomites, thieves, covetous, drunkards, revilers, [idolaters and those who practice witchcraft,] nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God.”
Yet, in Grahams estimation, the only sin Christians can commit, is not to follow their personal type of christ ‘through a personal relationship with him.’ For Christians, it was to know how tolerant, loving, merciful, peaceful, kind, etcetera their christ is. However, Graham never, as far as I know, preached God’s hell fire for unrepentant moral sin – and certainly not in his later years, when he openly preached universalism and the cosmic christ of Rome to millions of people across the globe.
