Defending God’s Truth in Church Doctrine and Political History – Renette Vermeulen |
This abusive onslaught also consisted of ‘shaming.’ Shaming is a technique that destroys personal character and self-worth, undermines self-esteem, national pride, and culture, and heaps loads of inferiority complexes upon the victim to push him into total submission. And so, for the duration of the war, most English journalists made a joke of President Kruger, the unbending old patriarch-figure of the ZAR and his wife, whom Burgers (Citizens) lovingly called “Oom” [Uncle] Paul and “Tant” [Aunt] Gezina. The British monarchy and their subjects laughed at the ‘Auntie’ for refusing to disturb the servants at night, while she herself got out of bed to serve hungry, weary Burghers, who had to liaise with the President. Many afternoons she would sit on the veranda of the modest Presidential home in Pretoria, doing her fine embroidery; greeting the people as they passed by! The press constantly compared “The Auntie” to the haughty Queen Victoria, and made her into a “common barbarian.” The British media also sneered at the Afrikaners’ religious, humble, and homely culture, calling the Boers “common;” ridiculing Afrikaans as an “inferior language, used by servants,” – (Afr.: kombuistaal.) They mocked Afrikaners (as many still do,) for their Afrikaans accent, while most Brits and even English speaking South Africans thought, and still think it unnecessary to speak the wonderful language of Africa’s white citizens: Afrikaans. In fact, they refused to see anything human and decent — anything good, in the Afrikaner (and of course African) nation as a whole. · These dehumanizing techniques served a definite purpose. Britain used false, twisted, and dehumanizing lies to ready their English citizens to commit genocide in South Africa. Through British propaganda, soldiers and Allies were banding together as some elitist group to eradicate ‘vermin:’ the African and Afrikaner nations of South Africa. They came here for the specific purpose to commit genocide in this country. Only now, in 2017, years after I wrote this short study on the ‘Boer’ War in an attempt to understand how human beings, who call themselves ‘gentlemen,’ could commit such atrocities against innocent civilians on such a massive scale, I found the following exposé on the inhumane phenomenon of genocide. · David Eagleman said in his National Geographic series, ‘Brain,’ “Like a disease outbreak, genocide is a group contagion… which is spread deliberately. And [the atrocity of] propaganda is a perfect tool for the job, [committing mass genocide with the consent of a nation and even the whole world.] The language of propaganda changes very little. It always plays the familiar tune of dehumanizing: make your enemy inhuman or less than human. Make him an animal. Propaganda is a weapon, an art; a science. How to get a whole nation, a group of [similar thinking] people to commit the atrocity of genocide? How to modify group behavior [so that even friends rape, torture, incarcerate and murder friends — and their perceived enemies on mass?] One propagates dehumanization on a massive scale… Propaganda has become evermore dangerous. Today, any elitist group can reach millions of people with a keystroke [on the internet,] reaching people most probable to act upon them: young men. Political agenda around us continually brainwashes us with propaganda...” Sadly, this is exactly what Afrikaans and English-speaking whites did to South Africans of other races in later years. They also used propaganda, shaming and other soul and life damaging techniques to foster the ‘dehumanization’ of other races. The goal of all this, of course, was and still is to ‘lawfully’ reject and oppress people from other nations, cultures, religions, and races simply because they are ‘different’ from them. Tragically, on the African continent and the whole world, people of other races also use these techniques to dehumanize whites and also their own people, resulting in communist-socialist and other political atrocities on a massive scare. In fact, treating ‘enemies’ that do not fit into your ‘elite group’ in this atrocious way, is a worldwide phenomenon. (Continue) |
